For some reason the United States culture says EAT AS MUCH MEAT AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE AT EVERY MEAL!!!! When in reality our serving of meat should only be about once or twice a day, and roughly the size of a deck of cards depending on the type of meat. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Usually I’d be adding kale and kiwis but last night I only had a few bits so I whipped it together and to my surprise it was the ultimate refreshing smoothie I had made to date.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 Pink Lady Apple&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 long sticks of Celery&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 generous handful of baby leaf spinach&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 half of a cucumber &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150ml - 200ml of water&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Vitamins are &lt;em&gt;organic&lt;/em&gt; molecules that our body needs and gets from our diet. There are &lt;em&gt;thirteen&lt;/em&gt; needed by humans and those are separated into two groups: &lt;em&gt;Water-solubles&lt;/em&gt; and&lt;em&gt; fat-solubles&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What Are the Differences Between Water- and Fat-Soluble Vitamins? &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The major difference between the two is where your body stores them and what it does when you consume too much. If your body has too much of a water-soluble vitamin it will get rid of it easily through urinating. Fat-soluble vitamins, on the other hand, are deposited into body fat. This makes getting rid of too much difficult and can result in toxic levels. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Meet the Water-Soluble Vitamins&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;B1: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Symptoms of deficiency: tingling, reduced heart function, poor coordination&lt;/li&gt;
