Follow me on tumblr so you can keep up to date and submit me results

To be before you start :
Send me a message either here or write on the facebook page your name, age, height and weight and a little about yourself/why you want to do the challenge (last one is optional), preferably before July 1st, so I can make a list of who is doing it so we can all talk to each other etc.
What to do on July 1st :
- or as close to it as possible
Complete the challenge for the first time and post your time to either the facebook page or my ask box.
What to do throughout July :
Practise! Reduce your times, get to the gym or out for a cycle/run. Make a plan of what you want to do and when, this might help motivate you. Chat to others about what they’re doing and let me know how you’re finding it. If you want, complete the challenge however often you want and record all your results and send me them!
What to do on July 31st :
- or as close to it as possible
Send me your final results of the challenge. Once I have everyones I will make a list so you can see your improvements and how fast you were compared to others (if you want) :)
