Couch to 5 K - 1
Just completed my first run of C25K. I started on week 3 as I’ve been jogging a fair bit and this is roughly what I do at the moment.
Length : 24 minutes
Distance : 3.2 km
Calories : 130
Fat : 0.6oz
And I escaped a zombie mob ;)
Insanity! C25K! 30DS!
Having cheekily downloaded this last night I’ve decided I’m doing it :D 60 days intense much. It says I should eat 1500 calories (yay) and gives you meal ideas etc :D Can’t wait!
Also going to do C25K which should take 9 weeks with 3 times a week, but I’m going to try and finish it in about 7 (60 days) as well so will do maybe 4/5 a week instead.
And 30 day shred of course, now I’ve got some weights!
